You agree that you assume total responsibility and risk arising from using this site and the site's content. Procullux Media Limited will not be liable for any claims, losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, economic and consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of programs or information, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill), whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

Procullux Media Limited accepts no liability for any product or service advertised, supplied or otherwise promoted on this site by any third party. Any agreements, transactions or other arrangements made between you and any third party named on (or linked to from) the Procullux Media Limited site are at your sole risk and responsibility.

Procullux Media Limited disclaims liability for any downloadable paid material on this site. Procullux Media Limited excludes (to the fullest extent permitted by law) any liability that may arise with respect to or as a result of such material causing any damage, costs, injury or financial loss of any kind.

Paid for Material

• You agree to pay at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred and you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information.
• You can pay by either credit or debit card. By submitting credit or debit card payment details to Procullux Media Limited, or to a payment processing provider acting as our agent, you warrant that you are entitled to purchase the "paid for" material using those payment details.
• In the case of unauthorised payments Procullux Media Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the "paid for" material. If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to any "paid for" material.
• Procullux Media Limited will try to process your payment promptly but does not guarantee that the "paid for" material will be available to you by any specified time. A contract with you for receipt of the "paid for" material will come into effect when Procullux Media Limited sends you an email confirming your purchase details.
• Procullux Media Limited will charge you in British Pounds Sterling, United States Dollars, or Euros, depending on the type of material and your country of residence. You may also have to pay any applicable local taxes.
• Claims under our refund policy for refund of a payment must be submitted in writing (by email to info@pcxvs.com) within seven calendar days of the original payment being made. Our refund policy is limited to certain items only. It is your responsibility to ascertain the refund policy for each item in your order before making payment.
